Is cold plunging for nervous system regulation all it's cracked up to be? Or could it actually be fuelling your nervous system dysregulation?

In this episode I'm joined by Therapist & Registered Nurse Chrissy Stanko, to talk about whether or not this cold plunge craze is actually what your nervous system needs to become regulated.
