From Fight, Flight to Freeze: How Your Nervous System Keeps Track

Have you heard of the nervous system responses fight, flight or freeze, but don't really know exactly what that means for you and your nervous system? Every nervous system response has an origin story, and even things that have happened to us years and years ago impact how we respond to stress today.
